Prior to joining Birch Hill in 2023, Rachael was a data analyst, strategy and analytics at Kijiji and before that, a data analyst at HomeEquity Bank for two summers.

Rachael graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Artificial Intelligence.
