Aileen joined Birch Hill in 2021. She previously worked as a Sales Operations Analyst at Citron Hygiene LP, a Birch Hill portfolio company.

Aileen received her Bachelor of Science (with honours) with a major in Physics, and minors in Math and Chemistry from the University of Toronto.
