Prior to joining Birch Hill in 2025, Karen was a Summer Analyst with the firm’s Data Science team and also worked as a Summer Analyst in the Strategy group at Scotiabank.

Karen received her HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western University.
