Paul R. Henry

Mr. Henry has over 19 years of experience in restructuring and special situations, with the last eight years in private equity. He was with Birch Hill’s predecessor company, TD Capital, from 1998 to 2005 acting in various roles with the last position being head of its Global Risk Management Group. Prior to joining TD Capital, Mr. Henry held a number of senior management positions with a national transportation company. Prior to that, Mr. Henry was a Principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers in its restructuring practice.

Mr. Henry is a Chartered Accountant and received his B.Comm. from Mount Allison University in New Brunswick.
