Michael R. Mazan

Mr. Mazan has 15 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and consulting. He was with TD Capital, Birch Hill’s predecessor company, from 1999 to 2005. Previously, he was an Associate with Credit Suisse First Boston where he worked on a variety of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions assignments. Prior to joining CSFB, Mr. Mazan was the Director of Finance and Business Development for Rogers@Home, the Internet-over-cable venture of Canada’s largest cable television company. Mr. Mazan also spent three years with McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Mazan received his M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, where he graduated as the gold medalist, and his B.Comm. from Carleton University in Ottawa where he also graduated as the gold medalist.
