Matthew B. Kunica

Mr. Kunica has nine years of experience in private equity and investment banking.
He was with TD Capital, Birch Hill’s predecessor company from 2003 to 2005. Prior
to joining TD Capital, Mr. Kunica was an Associate in the investment banking group
at Credit Suisse First Boston where he completed a number of corporate finance and
mergers and acquisitions assignments for large international corporations in the
metals and mining industries. Previously, Mr. Kunica was an Analyst in the investment
banking group of BMO Nesbitt Burns.

Mr. Kunica received his Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) in Mineral Engineering
from the University of Toronto.
