Lori Evans, General Counsel

Ms. Evans has 15 years of legal and corporate experience. Prior to joining Birch Hill, she was in-house counsel for companies with operations throughout the U.S. and Canada for nine years, most recently as Vice President and General Counsel for Aluma Systems, a construction industry supply and services company, and American Medical Response, the largest private ambulance provider in North America. Previously, she was in private practice with Goodmans and McCarthy Tétrault where she practiced securities, M&A and corporate law.

Ms. Evans received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Victoria and her B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Calgary.
