Joseph P. Wiley

Mr. Wiley has 19 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He was with TD Capital, Birch Hill’s predecessor company, from 1995 to 2005. Prior to joining TD Capital, he was a member of TD Securities’ Corporate Finance and M&A Group. Before joining TD Securities in 1994, Mr. Wiley was a partner in the law firm of Davies, Ward & Beck, where he practised securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.

Mr. Wiley is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and received his M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and his B.B.A. (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University.
